Lily is a former founder and investor who is passionate about supporting early stage teams and helping businesses grow. With her extensive startup experience, she brings a valuable founder-investor perspective to her work at Rosette. In the past, Lily started, scaled, and sold her cold-pressed juice company. After her MBA, she moved to the investment side where she advised startups in consumer packaged goods and tech on their strategies, especially pertaining to hiring, business development, and fundraising.
Sumukh is a seasoned operator who brings several years of experience building and scaling companies to Rosette. He previously led Business Development and Partnerships for a wellness marketplace, partnering with numerous CPG brands in the process. Prior to that, he served as Chief of Staff, helping optimize internal operations and navigating fundraising rounds. While in college at Babson, he built his first startup around teaching teens life skills not taught in school, and grew it to thousands of users and 20+ courses.
